Fully Automated Grasscutter

A normal grass cutter moving with IC engine runs based on the energy from petrol. The major drawbacks of this technology is higher cost, sound pollution, and air pollution. Also IC engine requires periodic maintenance such as changing engine oil and mechanical maintenance. But we were thinking of some innovations that’s why we wanted to make zero pollution and we chose electric power instead of petrol. The most important purpose that the machine can provide is least amount of human supervision. We can handle all the maintenance by using only code. Since the labor charge is increasing severely. This technology can lessen the extra cost. This technology can help people from rural area. The main motive of this technology is to lower the cost and to use electricity as power source.

Designing and Optimization of a Pin Fin

We have completed our project on designing of a pin fin which has square cross section area of each fin. Generally, fin increases the heat transfer by convection by increasing the effective hit transfer area. The shape, spacing and material have been optimized such that maximum heat can be transferred. Basically, it introduces us with the designing of an ideal fin and maximum heat transfer capacity which is derived from heat transfer calculation of fin.
